Harbourside Port Talbot

Harbourside is Port Talbot’s multi million pound re-development of the town’s former docks quarter to transform the area into a knowledge focused business hub, creating hundreds of skilled jobs.

The new £6.3m R&D village at Harbourside Park provides a new centre for innovation, research and development. This 42,000 sq ft BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rated office and laboratory space will appeal to companies operating within the manufacturing, engineering and material sectors. Current tenants include leading global companies TWI UK Ltd and Tata Steel Europe.

Harbourside is also home to HMCS Justice Centre and Port Talbot Parkway Station, making the site a key location for other office developments. Neath Port Talbot College have plans for Harbourside to be the home for their new purpose built campus.
