Cwmtawe Business Park

This park is situated in the Swansea Valley north of Pontardawe, an area popular for industrial premises. Within close proximity of the A4067 and the A474 it has excellent transport links to Ammanford, Swansea, the M4 corridor and Ystradgynlais. How to get there

From J45 of the M4 take the A4067 signposted Pontardawe. At the roundabout continue forward to Pontardawe, at the next roundabout take the 3rd exit entering Alloy Industrial Estate. Take the first left onto Tawe Terrace and then the next right. The park is situated on the right hand side.
