This estate is situated at the top of the Swansea Valley, near Ystalyfera and north of main shopping precinct at Pontardawe. Its close proximity to the A4067 and the A4068 provides excellent transport links to Ammanford, Swansea, the M4 corridor, the heads of the Valley Road to Brecon and the Midlands.

Each unit is approximately 1,000sq.ft. and has an office, toilet facilities and roller shutter doors.

How to get there

From J45 of the M4 take the A4067 signposted Pontardawe. At the next five roundabouts continue forward. At the sixth roundabout take 1st exit onto A4068 and the estate is situated on the left-hand side.
