The Business Development Team maintains the Neath Port Talbot Commercial Land & Property Database. This register holds information on all the vacant council and privately owned commercial properties / land in Neath Port Talbot.

Property Search

Property Searches can be made through the database by property location, type, tenure and size.

Council Premises

Neath Port Talbot Council manage approximately 200 units in eleven different locations. Ranging from 150 sq.ft. to 5,000 sq.ft., units are suitable for both new and existing businesses, as well as some specifically designed for young people in business.

Private Premises

There is a wide range of privately owned industrial premises and land throughout Neath Port Talbot, ranging from 300 sq.ft. to over 50,000 sq.ft.

Infrastructure

Most sites are within minutes of the M4 motorway, with excellent rail and air links and port facilities also on hand.
