Sandfields Business Centre

Sandfields Business Centre is a flagship of Neath Port Talbot Council's entrepreneurial initiatives, providing office and workshop accommodation to start-up and existing businesses.  The main objective of the Centre is to make the first steps into the world of business as easy as possible.

Sandfields Young Business Centre

Managed by the Economic Development Team, the Centre was officially opened in 1998 and quickly made an impact with a flurry of businesses taking advantage of the facilities. With such positive feedback, and a number of businesses on the waiting list, plans were submitted and approved for the second phase of the building.

In total the Centre offers 24 offices and 11 workshops in varying sizes, with rents starting from:

  • Offices £76.50 incl. VAT per month
  • Workshops £165.00 incl. VAT per month

In addition payments will be required for quarterly gas, water and a monthly service charge (which includes refuse collection). Terms include 'easy in, easy out' i.e. one month notice by either party to vacate the premises. Each office and workshop is fitted with an intruder alarm and all have security shutters in place.
