Situated on the A474 corridor to Ammanford, this site provides various sized industrial units and offices all under one roof. Sizes range 350sq.ft.to 5,520sq.ft.

There are communal toilet facilities provided and ample parking facilities.

How to get there

From J45 of the M4 take the A4067, signposted Pontardawe. At roundabout continue forward to Pontardawe and at next roundabout take the 2nd exit. At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit on to the A474 and then at the next roundabout the 2nd exit onto Swansea Road. At traffic lights, turn left and follow the A474 signposted Ammanford. On entering the village of Cwmgors continue forward and the workshops are signposted on the left hand side.
