“One of the strengths of Workways+ is the taster days they offer.  Some candidates had the necessary skills but lacked confidence at the interview stage. Workways+ encouraged us to consider taster days at the store where potential candidates were able to demonstrate their suitability to the role and we were able to see what they were really capable of.  I hope to use Workways+ for Lidl’s future recruitment needs.” Ross Urwin, Lidl’s Area Manager

Tesco

“I can recommend Workways as a great way for recruiting people back into the workforce. The relationship we have had with Workways has been excellent. Nothing is too much trouble.” Jeff Jones, Pontardawe Store Manager, Tesco

 Costain

“I am very pleased with the support that we have received from Workways in sourcing suitable candidates for our vacancies. I would urge our contractors to consider engaging with Workways Employer Liaison Officers regarding their recruitment needs’” John Skentelbery, Harbour Way Project Manager, Costain

Co-operative food

“Workways has helped enormously. Their process allows us to see how people actually get on doing the job before we take them on permanently – it’s something you can’t do with just an interview. We definitely hope to use Workways again.” Sandra Beynon, Manager, Co-Op Kingsway

Skyline Cycles

“Workways hasn’t just helped us to recruit new members of staff; they’ve supported us with a whole host of things. Workways always put us in contact with the right people. They know what support is available and who to ask.” Steve Moorwood, Managing Director, Skyline Cycles and Cafe
