Sandfields Business Centre

Sandfields Business Centre is a flagship of Neath Port Talbot Council's entrepreneurial initiatives, providing office and workshop accommodation to start-up and existing businesses. The main objective of the Centre is to make the first step into the world of business as easy as possible. Sandfields Young Business Centre

Unlike other Council owned units, the centre provides a range of support services to make starting up a business as easy as possible.

Rental for offices/workshops is calculated on a monthly basis, along with a general monthly service charge of £8.20 per month and charges for gas, electricity and water.
