Background
Call of the Wild has been delivering personal,
team and leadership development programmes for our clients for 15
years. We have our own 73 acre training centre and travel all over
the UK delivering programmes to our clients such as Barclays,
Orange, Vodafone & the Welsh Rugby Union. Our purpose is
to create positive, measurable, transferable and lasting
behavioural change for our clients.
Call of the Wild’s philosophy is based on
experiential learning; we believe that the most powerful and
lasting learning comes from an individual’s experience of the world
and their subsequent reflection on that experience. Learning by
doing not just listening

History
It was set up in 1998 by three old school
friends from Neath, who gave up their professional careers and
returned to the area to set up the company.
