Baglan Bay is a key employment site within the Swansea Bay City Region that will provide excellent facilities for large-scale, established businesses from the UK and internationally, as well as provide a base to drive new business start-ups. Located in a prime position close to the M4 and with strong links via rail, air and sea, Baglan Bay is being transformed into a sustainable employment site of the future, with the potential to create up to 7,000 jobs.

St. Modwen has been developing proposals for the creation of high quality, modern space for businesses on the £500 million Baglan Bay site on a planned and phased basis over the next 25 years.
