As part of our aim to continuously improve the support offered by Workways+, we would be grateful if you would spend a few minutes completing the questionnaire below about the support you have received.

Your feedback will be used to influence the work we carry out in helping people in their search for employment, volunteering or training.  The findings from this questionnaire will be published on our website along with our response to implement change.
